Description		TITLE: M&E Project Engineer LOCATION: Camridge and North London. SALARY:�40-�48K Plus Car or Allowance and Package. KEY SKILLS: M&E Contracting, Project Management/ Project Lead, Client Facing. The Company Our client is a leading Building Services group of companies employing over 500 dedicated staff across the UK. Founded in the 1960's, they have grown and gone from strength to strength becoming a leading contractor in the M&E field both commercial and residential. The Person We are looking for extensive Project Management experience in M&E. An overall knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of HVAC/electrical systems and their installation methods.The ability to plan ahead, co-ordinate and prioritise workloads.Good people management and motivational skills. The Role Under the direction of the Manager, and in accordance with laid down standards and systems, assume overall contractual and financial responsibility for allocated projects upto �10 million from contract award to end of defects liability period as a minimum, thereby ensuring obligations are met and a high profile is given to maximising company profitability. The maintenance of good client relationships and liaison throughout the contract is essential to develop good customer relations.
