Description		My client is currently looking for a Transport & Plant Coordinator based in Northallerton, North Yorkshire. Reporting to the Development Manager and with a City and Guilds motor technician or equivalent qualification, you will ensure vehicles and non-hired plants are maintained to the required standard, delivered on time and for purpose. You will provide managers with information about the operation of the fleet, ensuring vehicle repairs are undertaken in a cost effective manner. You will manage the specification process and delivery for all new vehicles, as well as providing managers with legal and operational information relating to specific vehicles. Suitable candidates will have an in-depth knowledge of light plant and the transportation industry is essential, along with knowledge of vehicle design and legal requirements.
