Description Our client is a leading national private consultant that is currently looking to recruit 4 senior Building Surveyors for a condition survey project with one of its key clients. This is a 4 month contract opportunity to commence late July / early August 2008 and will involve a series of internal and external condition surveys on a diverse mix of property. The client needs to carried out detailed condition survey and defect analysis on a number of multi storey mixed use apartments, retirement villages and nursing homes as well as some associate commercial property across Liverpool, St Helens and Warrington. They are looking to utilise contract staff for this period as their own staff are deployed on other equally important projects. RED have been asked to select Chartered Building Surveyors or senior surveyors with alternative equivalent professional qualification and indeed who can demonstrate experience of this type of work. If you operate your own LTD company or similar and this period of work would appeal through to approximately November 2008 we would be pleased to hear from you. We are looking to organise interviews for week commencing 14th July for starts no later than 28 July.
