Description		OUR CLIENT: are one of the U.K's leading Civil Engineering Specialists. They operate throughout the UK as a service provider to the Highways Industry on various Term Maintenance Schemes, Emergency Works and Infrastructure Network upgrades. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: You will be Supervising Productivity, ensuring ongoing contracts are operating within cost and efficiently and staying in line with all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Targets. Maintaining good relationships with clients to enhance future opportunities. Ensuring that all work is carried out to company standards. Carrying out Safety Audits and liaising with Sub-Contractors to make sure they are adhering to company policies. Able to understand all commercial aspects of the operation. Ensuring that all employees are trained properly and be able to motivate all labour. Have a full understanding of COSHH regulations. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Will be ONC, HNC or Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with Surfacing and/or Civils Experience. You will have Good man management skills and the ability to communicate and liaise well with co-workers and customers. Have good knowledge of Quality, Safety & Environment. SALARY: �28k - �30k + Excellent Package
