Description Our client have built a reputation for outstanding general building, demolition and civils orientated works on London Underground stations and other rail related projects in the south east of England.
The reputation has been established by completing projects varying from £10k to £2m within timescales stipulated to a high standard and within budget.

They are looking for an Estimator to work within the Commercial Department to support the Commercial Business Development Team.

Key Responsibilities include Pre-contract activities to include:
• Pre-qualification questionnaires
• Preparation and pricing tender returns from bill of quantities and unit price build up
• Pre-tender meetings and client liaison
• Contract preparation
• Compile and present detailed tender handovers to the project teams.

Experience in the above is essential but additional training and support will be provided.
