QUANTITY SURVEYOR
The Company

One of the divisions of the business is seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor / Site Project Manager to work directly on customer premises, UK wide, working with the manufacturers, architects and engineers to cost, estimate and assist with the overall installation of advanced electrically biased systems.
The Position
Estimating and costing of electrically biased system, although M&E experience would be beneficial.
Management and maintenance of a contract cost reporting system to manage the financial status of the contract.
Working to cost out complete installations of systems such as access control, alarms, security access, electrical and detection systems.
Liaise with Architects, Specification Engineers, Sub contractors and clients.
The Person
Ideally candidates should have extensive infrastructure experience and have been responsible for costing and estimating medium to large scale electrical installations within premises such as retail stores, hotels, offices and factory premises.
Experience within a Project Based environment is essential as is the ability to travel to customer premises for site visits, schedule meetings and for client liaison.
The Package
The company will offer an exceptional package to the ideal candidate, which includes the following: Basic salary c£50,000 - £65,000 p.a., company expensed car, contributory pension, company bonus schemes, health care etc.
