Description Managing over 15,000 homes, this Housing Association provides good quality affordable homes and services that help residents to achieve their aspirations. Their vision is to provide excellent customer service and to put their customers at the heart of shaping their business. They also know that to meet the significant unmet need across the country they need to increase the number of homes they own and the range of services they offer.
With this in mind, this Housing Association is looking to recruit a Head of Quality and Policy. They are looking for someone to help them take forward the opportunities these changes will bring. They need your vision and ideas to build on their position and to develop and improve their services - from older people in care homes and sheltered schemes, to young people in Foyers and people with learning difficulties in supported living environments. An experienced manager is required to lead the creation of an integrated and consistent approach to customer engagement, the quality and performance monitoring systems and policy development. Responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Housing Associations approach to continuous improvement to ensure the organisation delivers on its customer first and service excellence commitments. The other aspect of the role is to create, use and monitor customer feedback to assess and develop operational services to ensure continuous improvement. Striving to improve resident engagement strategies as well as improving the quality of the service provided to tenants.
The successful candidate for this role will have extensive experience within the housing sector in a similar role with experience of promoting policies and procedures for different client groups. Also a proven experience of writing policies, procedures and information for residents and staff as well as being CIOH educated. This is a vastly challenging and yet rewarding role and only the highest calibre of individual need apply.
