Description This is an opportunity to work for a North West based company. My client is requiring a Project Building Surveyor to project manage schemes, in particular within the commercial sector. To be responsible for the financial performance of projects, to ensure that projects meet all statutory requirements. To prepare reports and other documents such as tender documents. To liaise with and advise all staff in the division, clients, contractors and consultants.

Ideally you must hold a degree in a construction related discipline and be a professional member of the RICS or CIOB.
Also to have relevant experience in carrying out all aspects of a professional building surveying function.
Demonstrate a positive commitment to personal training and development including continuous professional development.
