Description		Our client is currently looking for exceptional Pre Construction Planners to come on board to initially be involved in a tender for a project in excess of a billion pounds and then to work on various other tenders with project values ranging up to �600m in value. Duties include Prepare, monitor and update Programme: Contract; Target; Short term; Procurement; Design � Monitor and analyse subcontract progress and resource requirement, provision and utilisation � Identify and communicate trade contract restraint and project milestone dates � Monitor (to determine secondary impacts): RFI Schedules; Information Required Schedule; �Lead-in� Schedules; Change Orders (Project/Package); Notice to Commence; Subcontractor Information; Subcontract Works Progress (weekly); Subcontractor Monthly Report; Procurement Monthly Report; Labour Reports/Returns (monthly/weekly); Client Programmes (overall scheme) � Internal review � attend and report at team meetings You will have a proven background within pre construction planning working on major tenders in excess of �100m in value and ideally proficient within P3/P3e. Our client is also very interested in candidates that maybe at the beginning of their construction planning career and want to forge a career path via that specialist route.
