One of the biggest and fastest growing national provider of comprehensive maintenance services and facilities management. They maintain commercial and public sector buildings - including financial institutions, retail outlets, property specialists, corporate premises, government departments, education and health services and social housing landlords. The Opportunity They have specified the need for a Senior Contract Manager to manage the maintenance of several prestigious maintenance contracts mechanical, electrical (M&E) and HVAC systems based around London. Responsible for a large team of engineers and management beneath you, you will oversee the various contracts managing the financial and operational aspects of the maintenance contract. You are to ensure the customer receives an excellent level of service delivery whilst maintaining the contracts profitability, managing the clients expectations and identifying business opportunities in addition to the base maintenance contract. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing profit and loss, liaising with blue-chip organisations and will have come from a M&E maintenance background.
