Description		Newly / Recently Qualified Architect - Kew, London - Salary �Negotiable + Benefits The practice is a substantial regional practice with a diverse portfolio of projects, currently employing over 150 staff across the U.K. They cover a wide range of building types for clients in the UK and overseas and are gaining a strong reputation for our work on notable and prestigious projects. They seek to make their buildings energy-efficient, and are fully committed to the use of low-maintenance materials from renewable sources and fully embrace a sustainable approach in the design projects. Now in its fifth decade, the Practice has developed, within its organisation, such disciplines as Urban Design and Interior Design to complement its already established and recognised architectural skills. In addition, their Planning Supervisory Department has enabled them to advise on the Health and Safety Audit of building design and construction They are currently working on an expanse of projects in education, healthcare, commercial, office, residential and leisure as well as urban regeneration. They recently scooped four awards at a prestigious event in Wales and are seeking like minded people that have the same drive and passion to compliment the team and produce work that will change the skyline for the next generation. Due to the expansion of workload, the practice opened a London office last year to assist in the growth of projects covering the South East / Home Counties area and they are seeking experienced newly qualified Architects to join their team based a 2 minute walk from Kew Gardens. The successful person will have competence in AutoCAD and 3D skills, along with a sound knowledge of current building regulations. You will ideally have previous experience within a fast moving, design led team and be looking for a career change where you can utilise your skills and join a multi-award winning prestigious practice.
