Our client is an established contractor specialising in the refurbishment of social housing properties including internal and external works. They work closely in partnership with their customers and sub contractors. They offer a complete refurbishment package as well as running projects up to $2million. They are looking for a talented Estimator to join the team based in West London. You will have experience of working as an Estimator working on Decent Homes tenders for a specialist sub contractor that offers a similar service or princiople contractor. This will be a hands on role and you need to be prepared to work hard, work long hours when needed and make sure all is being done to win jobs. They have a good order book for next year and want to increase their business by bringing on board someone who has a successful track record of winning new projects.
