A leading Social Housing repairs & maintenance provider in the UK.
The Role
Require a Partnering Manager to be based at one of their responsive repair contracts in West London, contract value $4.5 million per annum. You will be responsible for service delivery and customer satisfaction. Working closely with other Senior Managers, you will manage the day to day operation of the contract and have overall responsibility for tenant and client satisfaction and involvement. You will control all elements of the contract, including budgeting, cost control and client liaison. You will manage an office and operational team.
The Candidate
Qualified in to HNC level in a building discipline. A recognised professional qualification would be an advantage. You will need to show proven ability at Senior Management level in partnering responsive maintenance & repair contracts, with tenants in occupation. This contracting background will have to show knowledge of multi-trade building operations together with staff and financial management. Excellent communication, man management and organisational skills are required together with a practical knowledge of Health & Safety and a positive approach to customer care. Computer literate.
The Package
$35,000-$50,000 per annum and benefits including a company car and healthcare.
