Description		MECHANICAL ESTIMATOR A Building Services/Mechanical Design Estimator is required by our client, a growing sub-contractor who work on M&E installation packages on new build projects and also run building maintenance contracts. The company typically work on Education, Leisure, Retail and Local Authority new developments. Due to an increase in work load the company immediately require an experienced Mechanical Design Estimator to work from their Birmingham office. You will have the opportunity to work on M&E packages from �50,000 to �1m.
