Estimator – Painting & Decorating

An Estimator is required by our client, an interiors contractor who work across an number of sectors including retail, education & health.

As the sole Estimator you will be required to work within the company’s Painting & Decorating division and overview all contractual duties for the division’s projects. As you will have full pre-contract financial control you need to have a number of years previously working as an estimator for a Painting & Decorating contractor.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor/Estimator can expect;
Up to £28,000 basic salary (dependant on experience)
Car/Allowance
Fuel Card
Pension
Health care

The successful Estimator will have:
-Demonstrable experience estimating on painting & decorating contracts
-Worked for decorating contractor
-Flexible on site travel
-experience taking off at site & working from drawings
