An Estimator with Civil Engineering and Waste Water Treatment experience is needed by a Leeds based company to join a new project based team.

Working closely with the Commercial Manager you will produce work estimates within a long-term framework agreement, produce BOMs, ensure costs are controlled to meet tender price and liaise with the engineering team to re-design work to fit in with cost constraints when necessary. You will have responsibility for estimating work packages on multiple sites throughout the Yorkshire area.

The successful candidate will have experience of estimating civil engineering work packages within the waste water treatment industry. Ideally you will have been a site agent or site engineer prior to becoming an estimator. An appreciation of design and associated cost constraints is essential. Good communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
