Qualified Electrical Supervisor - Portsmouth
£30-32k plus car allowance

Responsible for overseeing a team of Maintenance Electricians to ensure they complete their works to a high standard, on time and within one visit to site.

Duties will include:

 Visit operatives on site to ensure work is of the required standard
 Supporting operative to achieve right work, right time ethos
 Use measures to improve performance
 Ensure Health & Safety procedures are complied with
 To educate, support, discipline and develop the operatives

You will need a minimum 2 years supervisor experience ideally already a NICEIC Qualified Supervisor with C&G Testing & Inspection and 17th Edition.

The Field Manager role will be 95% in the field and 5% out of field and you must be able to manage the administration work load.

Hours of work are 40 per week over five days between 8.00 am – 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday
