Sales Executive - Modular Buildings
Midlands
£25,000 to £28,000 plus excellent commission to £55K

Sales Executive / Business Development Manager experienced in selling modular buildings / pods or similar offsite construction solutions to contractors, public sector construction clients, and specifiers. Experience required of selling to sectors including hotels, Building Schools for the Future ( BSF ), hospitals, healthcare, commercial building, accomodation hire.

Our client has an excellent growth record which it plans to build on further. The successful candidate will need to prove they are a highly organised and driven sales person capable of bringing in new project enquiries and converting them to profitable business.

ESSENTIAL:
You must be able to demonstrate a track record of success selling modular building solutions for permanent buildings and hire or similar.
Target markets include: Schools, Hospitals, Health Sector, Care Homes, Hotels, Commercial, Leisure and more

You will be supplied with all the essential tools - including highly competitive pricing and controlled costs, ensuring capability to win a good share of enquiries.
The area covers the whole of the Midlands ( Herefordshire to East Anglia, above the M4/M25 and your location within this area is entirely flexible

Salary expected in the region of £28,000 with realistic on target earnings in excess of £50,000
Also a quality car, laptop, phone and all expenses
