We are looking for a Partnership Project Manager to lead new regeneration schemes from successful bid submission through to the construction phase. This post is aimed at those with residential development experience, with a particular emphasis within the field of housing regeneration.

You will have:

- Housing development experience within private, RSL or local authority organisations
- Knowledge of or experience within the housing regeneration sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the development process and stakeholders roles
- Knowledge and experience of national and regional Housing/Planning Policy
- A professional and dedicated approach to work
- Microsoft office skills
