The Company
A property maintenance contractor that is an integral part of a group of companies, which provides facilities management services to a variety of clients, predominately within social housing (responsive maintenance and void unit upgrades) and health sector. They have a contract working in partnership with a North London Local Authority to provide a property maintenance service working to Decent Homes standards on occupied and void properties.
The Role
Due to continued success with an important contract they require an Operations Manager to support the day to day delivery of a responsive repairs service, aswell as additional cyclical and void works. You will be required to manage the cost efficient delivery of manpower resource, maintain a high level of staff and sub contractor supervision, whilst ensuring KPI and customer satisfaction are achieved within the contract budget.
The Candidate
You will need to show proven ability at Operational Management level in the social housing reactive repairs sector. You will need show a proven track record of staff supervision. With a working knowledge of KPI's, you will have well developed negotiation skills, be commercially aware and show the motivation to deliver service improvements.
The Package
£36,000-£43,000 per annum and benefits including a company car
