DETAIL - Parking Management, Financial Modeller, Project & Business Development Manager (PPP / PFI)

This is an exciting, varied role working for a market leading brand in the Parking Management Industry. The company have have enjoyed recent success and growth. To support this they want to hire an all round civil engineering / construction professional from within the parking management or an allied civils / construction background as follows:

Financial Modeller - Construction & Civil Engineering

Undertake detailed financial models for any car parking related opportunity
Undertake detailed risk analysis of projects
Prepare accurate financial models, including economic and demand projections for design, build, finance and operate projects
Undertake accurate forecasts of tax liabilities
Review published accounts and other financial information and build a financial model to accurately value any target company for acquisition
Develop operational, technical and IT solutions for bids
Define commercial and legal positioning and lead on all commercial and legal discussions

Project Manager - Construction / Civil Engineering & Technical (PPP / PFI and smaller projects)

Design solutions and draft specifications for complex car parking equipment projects (PPP / PFI)
Quantity surveying, drafting of specifications, development of small scale tenders for engineering projects
Project manage the delivery of projects to ensure that they are undertaken in a professional manner and are completed on time and on budget
Tender new technology installation opportunities to ensure the delivery of workable and future proof solutions

Business Development Manager & Bid Manager

Undertake market research projects to promote the development of new business opportunities in key sectors
Originate new business leads and develop and maintain relationships with Agents and potential Clients
Manage individuals from the bid team to deliver accurate, comprehensive and compelling tender responses for PPP, PFI, Leasehold and car park management projects
