Senior Project Manager - London

We are looking for a project manager with experience of managing packages of works on large infrastructure projects within the construction industry.

Salary:
£60,000 - £70,000 + Package
Salary dependent on experience.

Location:
London based.

Role Description:
A traditional project management role with full control of a project including the design, programme of works through to completion and hand over. You will be responsible for the delivery of circa £50 million + looking after the civil engineering elements on a mega infrastructure construction project

As a Senior Project manager this role also looks at the options of managing packages of works on major projects such as the utilities, transportation, foundations and other relevant civil engineering elements that might be required. These could be 10 - 50million in size and part of a much large programme but again demonstrate able experience of maintaining full control as the main project manager of those elements is required.


Required Experience:
You must be degree qualified within an engineering discipline. This must be supported with your experience in a full project management position having complete control over projects worth circa £50 million pounds as a minimum.

• Olympic Park
• Sports stadiums
• Rail Stations
• Shopping centres
• New build retail / business parks


Benefits Package
£60,000 - £70,000 + Pension + Healthcare
