Our client who is one of London’s leading residential developers is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee a new project in West London.

The company specialises in large RC Frame luxury apartments / mixed use developments – medium to high rise, often involving urban regeneration.

The project they are currently recruiting for is in its initial stages and is comprised of 200 apartments with an underground car park plus retail and commercial units.

Your role as Senior Quantity Surveyor will be to oversee all commercial activities on this project and also take responsibility for a second development in a similar location that is not yet started.

They are looking to recruit an ambitious and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor who has the ability to progress quickly to a Commercial Manager position under the guidance of their Commercial Director.

Candidates must be able to meet the following criteria in order to be considered for an interview:

• Proven experience working on large RC Frame apartments projects (medium to high rise) as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor.
• An ambitious and motivated character who can progress quickly to a Commercial Manager role.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• The ability to oversee two large projects at a time.
• Relevant qualification in quantity surveying or construction.

The company is paying an excellent salary up to £60,000 depending on experience plus car allowance, company pension scheme, private healthcare and bonus.
