We are currently looking for a Repairs & Maintenance Manager to work for a housing association based in Barnstaple.

The position will consist of overseeing the responsive and void maintenance teams covering the North Devon area. You will be required to manage several area surveyors and a small DLO team as well as contractors on a day to day basis.

To be considered for this position you MUST have previous experience of a senior or management technical position in Social Housing.

This position is on a contract basis for 6 months but could go on longer term.
