Our Clients are looking in the following regions for Skilled & Semi Skilled
Boat Builders at all levels and disciplines in Colchester, Maldon, Canvey, Norwich,
Gt Yarmouth, etc.

Working on the building of boats and yachts .

Such as Supervisors, Chargehands, Skilled Boat Builders Multi Trade,
GRP Laminators, Mould Makers, Pattern Makers, Trimmers/Finishers,
Carpenters, Joiners, Cabin Fitters, Plumbers/Fitters, Electricians/Fitters,
Painters/Tilers, Wood Machinists, Marine Engineers/Fitters, Semi Skilled and Mates in the above.

Should idealy have boat building expereince if not Wood Machine Shop, Joinery Shop, Kitchen Fitting, Productiion experience.Must want to work towards a perm role with the client,.

Contracts will be 13 weeks plus, after 13 weeks subject to

Work standards, attendance, time keeping, attitude etc workers will be offered a Perm Placement with the Client

Start Pay Rates which will be reviewed after 13 & 26 weeks

Supervisors £12.50 - £15.00 per hr

Chargehands £12 - £13.50

Skilled Advanced Trade £11.50 - £12.50

Skilled Trades £10.50 - £11.50

Semi Skilled Trades £8.50 - £9.50

Stores Controllers £8.00 – £9.00

Mates £7.00 - £8.00

Trainees £5.50 - £6.50
