Planning Manager - Construction - West Midlands

My client is looking for a Planning Manager to work on both tender and live works construction projects in the West Midlands region. The Planning Manager will be working on a prestigious £370m Educational build scheme.

You MUST have the following to be considered:

- 6+ years Planning experience
- Man Management/Team Leadership experience
- Previously worked as a Planning Manager (preferable)
- General Build contractor experience
- Project experience in Education (preferable), Healthcare, Commercial, Leisure, Retail or industrial schemes.
- A good track record of permanent employment
- Proficient in Asta Power Project

The Planner/Senior Planner will be part of a small team of planners working on both tender and live works. You will be responsible for creating programmes, cost and resource loading programmes, monitoring, updating, progress reporting, critical path and S Curves.

The ideal candidate will receive:

- £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
