Site Manager

Our client is a well renowned and reputable contractor founded over 10 years ago who have cemented a reputation within the industry for quality and excellence. They operate nationwide with offices in the South and Central Englaned. Our client specialises in the adaptation and conversion of residential properties for the disabled.

Due to a full order book, our client is currently seeking a Working Foreperson or Site Manager to join their existing team. As a working foreperson your duties and experience will consist of:

• Undertaking refurbishment work – both internal and external
• Organise all trades on site
• Procurement of materials and plant (when required)
• Health and safety
• General day to day running of the site
• Being “hands on” when required
• Working knowledge of all regulations associated with OT work

As the working foreperson or site manager you will be expected to assist on site, therefore a trades background would be helpful. Our client has sites based nationwide so you must be prepared to work away from home, as required, but with the initial project based in Essex (6months).
