Site Manager- HV Power Distribution- Civil Engineering

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to work on a £Multi Million long term HV framework Agreement.

Role Profile:

The successful candidate will run on numerous sites throughout the region, managing High Voltage Cable routes (troughing etc) and Construction of High Voltage Sub stations.
Liaising with their Design team they will be responsible for delivering various projects on time and to budget

Day to day duties will include:

- Delivering Construction programs on time and to budget (profitable)
-Co-ordinate client design/specification with work carried out on site
-Capable of resolving technical/design issues in day to day construction
-Ability to deal with 'off site works', and liaise with affected parties.
-Procure and Manage Sub Contractor delivery (civil engineering interface)
-Provide regular reports to the client and MD/RM
-Passionate about Health & Safety in a High Voltage Environment!
-Produce site paperwork, (WPP's, Method Statements, Risk Assessments)

Required Experience:

Successful candidates will come from a Civil Engineering background, ideally qualified to Degree or HNC level. You will have managed High Voltage, Power Distribution projects up to 400kv and be familiar with Design processes for Cable routes and Sub stations.

Ideally candidates will carry the TP144 qualification, but training can be provided for those without. This will potentially effect the salary offered within the banding.

Salary & Package

The role offers a salary ranging from £35,000-£45,000 Per annum, with a car or allowance. This is accompanied by a pension scheme following 6 months continuous service.
