Chartered Building Surveyor

An excellent opportunity for a recently chartered building surveyor with up to 5 years’ post qualified experience gained within professional practice.

Candidates must be dynamic and enthusiastic with good interpersonal skills, and broad experience in professional and project work.

There will be a strong emphasis on building surveying duties for project work in the commercial, residential and industrial sectors.

Applicants will need to have excellent interfacing skills, with clients and fellow professionals.

A team player but who is able to work on their own, take the initiative meet tight deadlines and help develop building surveying services in the Oxford area both with existing and new clients.

Some literacy in CAD would be an advantage
