Senior CAD Technician

An exciting new position for an experienced CAD technician has arisen in our Clients Kingsbridge office. This role offers a diverse range of projects including large commercial builds, bespoke residential projects, new housing developments and some civil and marine work.
Our client is experienced in design projects ranging from domestic conversions to multi-million pound commercial, industrial and residential developments. These works have involved expertise in all facets of the firm including civil, structural and conservation engineering. The firm exercises a sympathetic approach when dealing with old and often listed buildings but is also conversant with today's advanced design and construction techniques, making use of computer-aided design and drafting.
You will be responsible for managing resources, meeting deadlines, producing a high standard of drawings and working on a full range of diverse projects. The right candidate will be proactive, have at least 5 years of CAD experience and be familiar with timber, concrete and steel construction.
