Site Manager

Our client, a national home builder, is currently looking to recruit an experienced residential site manager.

This is an ongoing contract with the possibility of a permanent opportunity, you will be responsible for the production of a number of show homes on a prestigious development in Oxfordshire.

All applicants must posses a valid CSCS card, SMSTS certificate and relevant first aid qualification. You will need to have experience working on residential projects previously and be prepared to take on the challenge that this role provides.

Upon successful completion of this phase of the project, good candidates will be offered the opportunity to move on to another phase or indeed may be offered work on another project in the area as this national company is particularly busy at the moment.

An immediate start is available, but candidates requiring short notice periods will also be considered.
