Project Manager - New build Construction Projects Up To £10m

One of our national contractors are now looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to manage a £10m new build contract in Bristol. As Project Manager you will be autonomous in your role and a clear leader that is experienced at motivating your team around you, dealing with clients design issues and all sub contract elements of contracts, working on projects from pretender through to on site management through to completion.

Ideal Candidates:

As Project Manager you should have a minimum of 6years experience of managing contracts with values up to £10m as the No1 Project Manager. Ideally you will have experience of large inner city developments or large RC frame contracts to be considered for this role.

This client is notoriously choosey and is looking to interview candidates that have previous solid employment backgrounds that have continuous employment within similar business for sustained periods of time, candidates that have worked for only short periods of time or moved continuously unfortunately need not apply, due to the client's requirements.

Project Manager Candidates should also resides within the Bristol region or be within 1 hours commute.

Package:

As Project Manager you can expect a highly competitive salary up to £50k including an excellent package.
