Site Manager - Hotel Refurbishment Projects

Suffolk/Essex/Ipswich Based - Working Nationwide

Up To £45k + Package

Due to our clients recent success in securing major Hotel Refrubishment contracts, they are currently looking to recruit a No.1 Site Manager who has experience managing Hotel projects from inception to completion. Typically our client undertake projects with values in the range of £500k - £10m covering Education, Commercial and Hotel & Leisure. Our client are currently focusing on the Hotel & Leisure sector and are looking for someone who has previous Hotel refurb experience.

Site Manager Requirements:

Hotel Refurbishment Experience
Report to/work closely with, the Contracts/Projects Manager who has overall responsibility.
Be responsible for the day-to-day running and organisation of the site.
Ensure that excellent quality is maintained.
Health and Safety on site.
Demonstrate ability to anticipate and solve problems as they present themselves on site.
Be prepared to work throughout the country on occasions.
