Foot Mobile Building Services Technician

Our client is looking for a Foot Mobile Technician to provide general building service and repair works to our clients extensive client base, with general knowledge of mechanical, plumbing and general building services.

Your duties will include ensuring the maintenance, servicing and repair works are carried out in accordance with our clients current HVAC standards and to regularly and effectively communicate with clients, suppliers and colleagues to maintain excellent professional working relationships. You will be required to organise your work and time efficiently and be prepared to attend call outs during normal working hours.

Responsibilities:
> Punctual site attendance, wearing relevant PPE and clothing issued
> Submitting clear, concise and accurate reports of works carried out with clear recommendations for any further work required
> Submitting weekly accurate time sheets
> Communicating with contracts managers on job progression

Sound knowledge of commercial plumbing and building services is preferred. Trained in Health & safety would be an advantage.

Electrical qualifications, Driving License, Intermediate/Advanced PC skills - word, excel, outlook are essential.
