Our client are a successful and growing software based reseller who are currently looking to expand their current support team with an experienced CAD technician/designer/support engineer to join them as a CAD support engineer.

As the CAD support engineer you will be providing customers and staff technical support on AutoDesk products via the telephone, the main software you will be working with is Revit. As well as this the CDA support engineer role also includes a training element, where you will be helping to train new employees and customers on products along with a consultancy part helping to find the right products for each customer.

The successful candidate for the CAD support engineer role will have 2 to 3 years CAD experience, this could have been gained in training, supporting or designing in CAD. As well as this you will need experience in at least one of Revit, AutoCAD MEP or AutoCAD Plant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CAD designer to make the move into a support based role with potential for progression.
