Electrical Design Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Design Estimator for a reputable company based in Nottingham. Our clients have managed to get a full order book for 2012 and 2013 and therefore they are looking to take on permanent intermediate / senior electrical designer (preferably senior) in order to meet this work load.

Please note that following guidelines and preferences for the prospective candidates:
• Candidates should have a strong history in the role being applied for. CVs of candidates with experience in other fields of building services are not likely to be considered.
• Candidates with a record of staying with companies for longer periods will be favoured.
• Salary will be dependant on the candidates experience and capability but will in line with industry standards.

Our client is a relatively small mechanical and electrical contractor projected to turn over £6m this year working primarily on design and build contracts valued from £200k - £3m. Successful candidates would be working in a small team overseen by the Manager and would be expected to self motivate / manage and take individual responsibility for their work.
