General Manager / Operations Manager - Plumbing, Heating, M&E
My client is a leading contractor operating within Building Services industry throughout the East /West MidlandsandSouth Yorkshire. They have developed an excellent relationship with their clients who include Private Housing Developers, Social Housing Developers, Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, Student Accommodation, Care Homes and Leisure clients.
They are currently looking for a Dynamic General Manager / Operations Manager who can lead them through a busy period of planned expansion throughout the region.
You will lead a multidiscipline team of senior managers, overseeing Plumbing, Heating, Mechanical and Electrical Installations, ensuring strategic targets are met and exceeded.
You will motivate the team to successfully deliver new and existing contracts from enquiry through to final account, whilst delivering best value and a profitable return.
This is a client facing role where you will be expected to actively develop and contribute to the strategic growth of the business, leading from the front. Who we're looking for:
You will have recent, relevant experience working leading a well known Plumbing, Heating and Electrical Contractor working within a combination of the above sectors.
Be able to demonstrate sustainable, profitable growth working for a building contractor with a minimum turnover of 5m pa, (ideally £10m - £15m) building services contractor operating within the East / West Midlands/ South Yorkshire.
Have existing relationships with clients the above sectors delivering Plumbing, Heating and M&E Installations / Services.
