Knowledge & key skills
*Management of the document control software to facilitate all incoming and outgoing submissions.
*Logging all correspondence and ensuring satisfactory clearance as per the clients standing instructions.
*Maintaining site quality system and ensuring compliance with the guidelines as laid down in the quality manual.
*Liaise professionally with the client, customers and internal contacts as required.
*Record KPI Information.
*Maintaining training records.
*Maintain the day to day operations of the office.
*Provide any other administrative support duties as may be required to meet the needs of the business. Eg. Minutes of meetings, diary management, petty cash etc.
*Maintain an effective reception and telephone answering service.
*Previous experience working as a Document Controller
*Previous administration and office experience
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages, mainly outlook, word and excel
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong organisational skills
*Able to work as part of a team
*Work to tight deadlines whilst remaining focused under pressure
*Pro-active approach to resolving problems
*Able to organise and prioritise workloads, effectively balance multiple priorities and resources
