Tenant Liaison Officer
We are looking for someone with excellent administration and face to face customer care skills to work with a building maintenance contractor based in Hertfordshire.
This role will involve visiting residents in social housing properties in order to explain works required, to organise appointments, and to record information required for completion of maintenance work. The successful candidate will travel from property to property, attending pre-arranged appointments, ensuring that tenants receive all the necessary information and have every opportunity to pass on requests, concerns and preferences.
Information must be entered accurately and efficiently onto internal computer systems, and monthly reports must be made to management. The post holder will be targeted on visits attended in order to ensure that work can be completed to the set schedule.
Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and be confident in communicating with people in their own homes. You should have a proven background in a customer facing role, have experience of dealing with people 'in the field', and have strong administrative, organisational and communication skills. A full clean driving license is essential for this role.
