£22 - 24,000 per annum + Van + Mobile Phone + Uniform

Great opportunity to join a well-established Building Services Solutions Company who is going through an exciting phase of winning new contracts as well as having existing clientele

They are looking to recruit a building maintenance fabric technician to work on a mobile basis in and around the London and Kent area on a predominately retail contract. The successful candidate will have an abundance of experience of working within building maintenance environments and ideally have previously worked closely with the public. Duties will include: fabric, carpentry, basic plumbing and basic electrical.

The chosen candidate will be qualified in carpentry.
