To assist the Store Manager in the delivery of the stores financial, customer, people and operational plans in order to deliver a Better, Simpler, Faster store environment. To take personal accountability for managing and motivating the people within the areas of direct influence to ensure delivery of excellent customer service, legal and safety compliance via company in-store standards.
