Fantastic Training & Development Store Manager opportunity within 12-18 months 10% Staff discount Client My client has been established since 1875 and are in the Top 5 leading high street food retailers in the UK. They currently have around 1000 stores nationwide and are still expanding!!! They are passionate about local, convenient, community retailing. They are equally passionate about their people and believe that they all have a unique talent to be invested in and developed. They have just announced the opening over 150 stores in the next 2 years What are we looking for? �Ability to drive and develop a team under pressure �A passion for customer service and retail �A lead by example attitude �Good people management skills �A hunger to succeed and develop �Self motivated �Experience within Retail Management at Supervisor, Team Leader, Department Manager or Assistant/Deputy Manager Level �Experience ideally within food supermarket retail, however, experience within FMCG, DIY, Home&Leisure, Consumer Electronics or fashion will also be considered The Role As a Deputy Manager you will play a key part in driving your store forward alongside the Store Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and you should aim to be well on your way to Store Manager in 12 -18 months. As a key holder to the store, you will be responsible for the open and close and holding the store in the Store Managers absence.
