Description Field Based Retail Support Representative

My client is the market leader in its field of supplying the retail environment with books, music games and DVD, having operated successfully in their marked place since the 1960s they are now at the stage where they are looking to expand their area support division.

Due to their fantastic recent success and their continuation to win new business they have a number of opportunities with in the London Area for field based retail Support Representative across the country.

The position will involve call across a number of their customers across a geographical location on a regular basis to help them with all aspects of the stores operations across the product range to maximise sales. You will be working closely with each of the entertainment markets to improve the implementation of marketing activity, promotion effectiveness and stock availability.

They are looking for high calibre applicants that fill the following criteria:

•Excellent customer service skills.
•A sound understanding of the operations side of a retail business.
•The ability to analyse sales information and come up with initiatives to increase sales.
•Be able to both motivate and develop store staff.
•Good relationship building skills.
•Provide “EXPERT” advice and be the ambassador for the entire range.
•Previous field based experience would be advantageous.
