Area Managers Provide clear and consistent direction through an inspirational leadership style to Store Teams within a designated Area with the express objective of maximising sales and profit contribution. At the same time minimising operating costs, whilst continuously developing a truly customer focused environment through the development of motivated, well developed and enthusiastic Store teams, fostering a success culture where individuals are both empowered and accountable. Work with Area Peers to share best practice and develop common strategies throughout the business. Person Specification " At least 3 years with a proven track record in a retail multi-site management role. " Fully mobile with full driving licence. " Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing with all levels of the business. " Able to compile reports, action plans and produce professional presentations. " Broad commercial awareness of the retail and economic environment in which the business operates and the ability to use this to improve performance. " Able to lead and contribute to the team with conviction, honesty and respect for others. " Can demonstrate the ability to lead and motivates others to deliver key objectives through an effective and inspirational leadership style. " Can demonstrate the ability to drive and continuously improve individual and team performance. " Experience in developing others to achieve sales and customer service standards through teamwork and constructive feedback.
