Description Assistant Manager required for a brand new Italian Clothing Store opening in Street

Main Tasks of Job
Ø To actively support the branch manager and contribute to maximising the profitability of the store.
Ø To carry out relief duties in the manager’s absence.
Ø To merchandise new products and displays in line with current guidelines.
Ø Ensure consistency from other advisors when greeting and approaching all customers.
Ø To deal with any customer complaints in the manager’s absence with support from the Retail Operations Team Leader.
Ø Accurately completes all till, cash and paperwork transactions to ensure customer satisfaction and in line with company procedures.
Ø To handle and care for stock, keeping it in a saleable condition both on the shop floor and in the stock room.
Ø Maintain expected house keeping standards and stock densities at all times in selling and non-selling areas.
Ø To be involved with periodic stock checks.
Ø Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming.
Ø To keep yourself updated with all health and safety procedures and comply with the companies health and safety policy
