Description An excellent opportunity has arisen within one of Bristol's leading recruitment consultancies to join their contract finance recruitment team.

Working on an existing base of well established clients, this role is key to managing existing candidates and providing a high level of customer service to ensure long term continual business.

You will over the course of time be expected to develop these relationships to increase the number of contractors within each account, and there will also be the expectation to proactively source new clients as you become more successful.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a minimum 6-9 months in recruitment, but have found your environment stifling. My client require self starters who are looking for autonomy and responsibility, and who feel they are more capable than they are given credit for by their current company.

You are likely to be a graduate or equivalent or of graduate calibre, be well presented, and looking for a dynamic working environment where you can build on your recruitment experience.The ideal background would be either Financial Services or Accountancy recruitment, but a good understanding of recruitment from any discipline will be considered.

You will be part of a growing team forging a reputation for quality of service, hence the role to manage existing candidates is key. You could also be from a perm background but have the skills to move to into a faster paced role, and will benefit from a new challenge. Alternatively, if you are an experienced recruiter, and would like to be considered at a more senior level role within this company, they can be flexible for the right individual and can tailor a package to suit.
