OUR CLIENT Our Client is a large speciality retailer operating leading operations in both the US and UK. In the UK alone, they have 591 stores primarily situated in prime High Street locations or shopping centres. THE ROLE �After a 12-week in-depth introduction to the company and the management role you will be given your own store in your locality, where you will be responsible for maximising your stores sales and profit potential. In addition to managing resources and activities you will be responsible for developing an enthusiastic, motivated and knowledgeable team who will provide excellent customer service. �Contribute to the financial forecasting, planning and budgeting processes �Coach and develop the store team �Recruit and train the team, ensuring outstanding levels of product knowledge �Commercially plan for your retail business, considering financial forecasting and budgeting �Drive sales, average price and customer service �Maintain high store standards ensuring the excellent display of this quality high end product �Achieve target against all retail operation Key Performance Indicators IDEAL CANDIDATE �Management experience in a highly customer focused environment �You must have a passion for great customer service, one to one sales and people management �Proven track record of managing and building a sales team �Experience of working towards sales targets �Ability to interpret business data �Previous stock control management experience �A keen desire to learn and develop; as you will take part in structured development programmes including externally accredited assessments �Have a genuine passion for maintaining exceptional retail store standards �First class communication skills �Ability to approach problems confidently and resolve them effectively �Coaching and people management skills �Prioritising business critical tasks according to the needs of your store �Excellent analytical skills
