Description		Concession Manager- Gift Retailer- North West London About Our Client: Our client is one of the countries leading fashion accessories retailers with over 130 stores and concessions across all of the UK. They are also a global brand with stores across the world. As a result of the ongoing expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Concession Manager to join their high profile Leamington spa concession. The salary for this position is anywhere between �16,000 to �18,000 depending on experience plus and exceptional bonus and benefits package. Who We Are Looking For: If you have previous experience as a store manager, or assistant or deputy manager ready to take the next step up in running your own site we want to hear from you. You will have outstanding customer service skills, experience in time and people management, delegation skills, a focus on driving sales and KPI's and a visual flair and awareness. You will be dedicated to the customer and be enthusiastic about working in a fun friendly environment. Responsibilities of The Role: You will have responsibility for the daily running of the store and be fully P&L responsible. You will need to lead your team in delivering high quality customer service, train and develop staff, delegate tasks to ensure the maximum productivity of staff and drive sales at every opportunity. You will also manage the operations and administration for your store and staff. What's On Offer?
