Description		The Role A Leading publicly listed company specialising in the designs and manufacture of industrial and consumer Environmental control systems. Is currently looking to add a Buyer to their current procurement team. The Responsibilities Reporting to the supply Chain Manager through daily management of materials supply plant to ensure quality, delivery and cost targets are met, and lead materials inventory and sourcing initiatives as directed. Introduce supplier quality measures and achieve reduction to target levels. Achieve reduction of materials stock outs to target levels. Reduction in inventory levels to target levels. Successful completion of specified low cost region cost saving exercises. Successful completion and maintenance of supplier quality, delivery and cost exercise. The Individual Sourcing - Purchasing experience and knowledge of Electronic components. Advanced Excel skills. Experience of establishing internal materials control processes using appropriate kaizen techniques. Establish clientele and contact portfolio of electronics and plastic suppliers.
