Description		Assessor, NVQ Assessor - Retail, Customer Service, Business Administration, Management - Eastbourne Are you looking to use your experience of the retail management industry to support learners in progressing their careers? One of the UK's largest NVQ training providers are looking to grow their team of Retail, Business Administration, Customer Service, and Management NVQ Assessors covering Eastbourne. This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the retail industry to provide professional assessment and support to learners in their workplaces. Previous assessing experience is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a career change, and the opportunity to work for an organisation who can provide full support in obtaining the D32/33/A1 qualifications. This vacancy would suit someone who is currently working in a management role in a retail environment and is looking for a change. Your responsibilities will include: - Visiting learners in the workplace and assessing / tutoring them in their NVQ qualifications - Maintaining documentation on learners' records - Liasing with Learners, Verifiers and Management - Creating learner portfolios to agreed standards This role will suit an excellent communicator who has experience of the retail industry and is looking to work with and support learners. It is essential that you are able to work independently, managing your own time and travelling within the Eastbourne region to visit different workplaces.
